Keep a positive attitude because your attitude can either make or break you. Summon your confidence, your patience & your fortitude and know that you have everything it takes to survive this situation. Remember, all of this is temporary and you can adapt – it may not be easy, but you can do it. For the past month or longer, we’ve experienced a myriad of emotions, ranging from fear to anxiety to stress to sadness to frustration. While it may not be possible to seek counseling at this time, find a way to keep your peace. As all the major news stations say “we will all get through this together.”
