You love God, you’re trying to live holy before Him, you’re getting your shout and praise on every week and you even go to mid week service and serve in a couple auxiliaries, then a family member, co-worker, or friend looks at you and says, “It doesn’t take all that!”
What that person may not know, is what all it took for you to get to where you are now.
What that person may not know, is about all the hell you went through and how God brought you out and you’re still standing.
What that person may not know, is the joy that’s now in your heart, joy that was never there before but is now there because you’ve received your deliverance, your healing, and your breakthrough.
And what that person may not know, is that you’ve got to praise Him, you’ve got to lift your hands, and you’ve got to serve and worship Him on a consistently so He can keep you holy and pure and so that you can continue to walk in the Spirit so that you don’t fulfill the lusts of the flesh (Galatians 5:16)
So don’t worry about what other people think.
Go ahead and live your life out loud before God and do what He’s called you to do.
The Word says you are to work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, so let them work out their salvation their way, and you work out your salvation your way according to God’s Word and His will for your life.
So the next time someone says, ‘It don’t talk all that!” All you have to do is look back, smile and say, “Baby, oh, yes it does.”
