It’s Time To Throw The Ball!

I have a question to ask you – have you given everything to God today?  No, not just some things, EVERYTHING!  Everything from all of your worries about your next bill coming due, health issues, relationship let downs, EVERYTHING?

Have you asked God to heal you of that broken heart?  Have you ask God to restore your
relationship with your family?  Have you even asked God heal you from that minor cold?

Nothing is minor to God.

There is a saying, if it matters to you, it matters to God.

If it’s important to you, it’s important to God.

1 Peter 5:7 reads, Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

The word, cast, in this Scripture, literally means to throw…so every anxiety, every doubt, every fear, you have to throw it on God.

And what happens in a baseball game when you throw a ball to someone else and you no longer have it?  It’s not yours anymore…you’ve given the ball away, the ball is now someone else’s.

So in the same manner, give you concerns, worries, and fears away to God, and let Him take on your burdens head on.

He wants to take the ball from you, but in this case, when you give God the ball, you’ll win every time.

Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.  2 Corinthians 2:14

And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.  Isaiah 10:27
