“God, Why Am I Still Single?!”

Have you ever, in your heart, asked God that question?
Better yet, have you taken it one step further and starting playing the “blame game” by thinking…
I’m still single because that man didn’t obey God and won’t approach me to ask me out!
Or, I’m still single because she be all up in his face distracting him when she know he’s mine!
Or, I’m still single because my parents didn’t raise me to be a wife and since they got divorced I don’t have any real example to show me how to be a good wife.
Or, I’m still single because I must not be wife material.
Or, God, it’s Your fault I’m still single because You haven’t sent him yet!
Instead of playing the blame game which will only lead to chaos and utter internal destruction, instead choose to just trust God, thank God for the relationships He delivered you from which He may have spared you from a lifetime of hurt and pain, thank God for the relationship you have with Him, thank God for all the many blessings He’s given you, thank God for sending you the right husband at that right time in the right season for your life and just trust and believe it’s nobody’s fault you’re still single and that being single is not a curse!
Being single is a precious time of preparation, appreciation, and learning to trust God (for real) about everything, including your future mate.
Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. (Psalm 37:5)

  1. Well it is the kind of women that are really to blame for that one instead of God since most women nowadays are real whores for cheating all the time, and just can’t stay with only one man anymore. And i was the very faithful husband too at that time. Been there unfortunately.
