Don’t Say This…

Words are powerful.
I am a firm believer in the power of words and that you will have what you say according to Mark 11:23.
If you were to look back over your life, you may find that where you are right now is a result of what
you’ve been believing and saying over the years.
For instance, if you continuously say, “I always seem to attract the same kind of men.”  Then don’t
be surprised if you continue to attract the same kind of man, because your words are an out pour of what you
believe and you will have what you say.
In spite of what it looks like, what society says,
Don’t say, “There are no good men out here”
Instead say, “There are plenty good men out here and who God has for me is for me for I only need
one good one!”

Don’t say, “All men cheat”
Instead say, “Not all men cheat, and especially not mine.  My future husband will never cheat on me but will remain faithful to God and to me my entire life.”
Don’t say, “All the good ones are taken.”
Instead say, “There are still good men out here who are available and ready for a good, God-fearing woman.
I have many options and I am led by Holy Spirit regarding who I should spend time with and date for the purpose of getting to know each other for marriage.”
Don’t say, “I’ll never get married”
Instead say, “God grants me the desires of my heart and I will marry one day in due season for my life.  God knows best and His timing is always perfect.”
If marriage is a desire of your heart according to Psalm 37:4, then never say never.
Step into the holiday season and new year with a renewed and refreshed faith confession laden with
faith-filled words of life and hope knowing that who God has for you is for you in His season for your life.

“‘Tis the season to remain content with expectation while waiting!”
